16. Service-Specific Terms for Incorporation, Startup, and Registration Services

The following terms apply specifically to our incorporation, startup, and registration services:

• Bank Details Sharing: Asktrix may share your name, phone number, and email with banks with your consent for bank account opening services. Bank account approval is at the sole discretion of the bank.
• Partnership Registration: Additional charges may apply for registration with the Registrar of Firms.
• Name Approval Requests: Asktrix allows up to four name options per RUN (Reserve Unique Name) request.
• Authorized Capital: Initial authorized capital can be increased as per your business requirements.
• Paid-Up Capital: Represents the actual investment made by shareholders in the company.
• Statutory Auditor Fees: Statutory auditor fees are payable directly to the Independent Auditor appointed by the Board of Directors.
• Independent Statutory Auditor: All companies must appoint an Independent Statutory Auditor within 30 days of incorporation.
• Digital Signature Certificates (DSC): Asktrix provides DSC tokens and KYC support, but payments for certificates are made directly to the certifying authority.
• Stamp Duty: Clients are responsible for stamp duty fees, which vary by state and are payable separately.
• Application Irreversibility: Once MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) payment is made, the application is non-refundable and cannot be recalled. A refiling fee of ₹1,999 applies for document rejection.
• Third-Party Fees: Beyond the service fee, third-party fees (government fees, stamp duty, etc.) are the client's responsibility.

17. Disclaimer on Government Approvals

Asktrix assists with applications for MCA name approvals, trademarks, copyrights, and patents. However, approvals are subject to government rules, policies, and regulations. Final decisions on approvals are made by the respective government authorities and are beyond Asktrix's control. Asktrix does not guarantee approval outcomes. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information provided. Asktrix offers guidance on the process and best practices, but filings are based on client-provided information, and accuracy will be verified by the client before submission.

18. Data Security

Asktrix implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
