Asktrix Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Asktrix, we are committed to providing high-quality financial and compliance consultancy services. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and in accordance with industry practices. We strive to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us so we can work together to resolve the issue, provide a refund, or offer credit as appropriate.

Asktrix offers consultancy and advisory services related to government registrations, GST compliance, company incorporation, trademark registration, and other financial/legal formalities. As these services involve time-bound professional effort and are often tailored to individual requirements, we follow the following refund policy:

If you are not satisfied with our services, we want to hear from you. To escalate your concern:

  • Log into your account using your payment email address. If you need to reset your password, you can do so through the password reset option.
  • Once logged in, select the engagement that did not meet your expectations.
  • Choose "Not Satisfied" to escalate the issue to our support team, including an Agent and Manager who will review your case.
  • Please note that delays due to government actions or incomplete/incorrect client documentation are beyond Asktrix's control and may affect service delivery timelines.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged more than once for the same service due to a technical issue.
  • Service Not Delivered: If a customer has paid for a consultation or service and it is not scheduled or delivered within the committed timeframe.
  • Incorrect Transaction: If payment was made by mistake and no service has been initiated.

4. 30-Day Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested within 30 days of payment. However, please note the following:

  • Asktrix considers its service obligation fulfilled once platform access is granted or consultation has been delivered.
  • Once service has been initiated or delivered, the client is responsible for further actions and outcomes.
  • Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation charge, plus any applicable GST/CCA charges.
  • Processing fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Once the consultation has been delivered or any part of the advisory service has been initiated.
  • If delays occur due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
  • In case of dissatisfaction due to misunderstanding of the scope of the service after delivery.
  • Once platform access has been granted and the client has utilized the service.
  • If the service has been completed as per the agreed scope, regardless of the outcome.

6. Change of Service

If you wish to change to a different service, you may request a change within 7 days of payment. Service changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges or refunds based on the price difference between services. Please contact our support team to discuss your service change request.

7. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your account and navigate to "Get Help" section.
  • Send an email to help@asktrix.com with the following information:
    • Full name
    • Contact information (phone number and email)
    • Transaction ID or payment receipt
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Details of the service purchased
  • Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 weeks after all required information is received and verified.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank's policies.

9. Penalties or Tax Payments

Once platform access is provided or consultation has been delivered, Asktrix's service obligation is fulfilled. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted data, information, and documentation. Asktrix is not responsible for penalties, taxes, interest, or other costs incurred by the client due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Delays in submission due to client's failure to provide required documents
  • Government-imposed penalties or interest charges
  • Any other costs arising from client actions or omissions

10. Factors Outside Our Control

Asktrix does not guarantee specific outcomes or results for services due to external factors beyond our control. Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Government agencies rejecting applications (e.g., trademark filings, company registrations) for legal or regulatory reasons
  • Delays due to government backlogs, system downtime, or technical issues with official platforms (MCA, Income Tax, GST, FSSAI websites)
  • Changes in government policies, rules, or regulations that affect service delivery
  • Services rendered by third-party associates or experts on external platforms (who are not Asktrix employees) are outside our guarantee or refund coverage
  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor strikes, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

11. Force Majeure

Asktrix is not responsible for delays or interruptions in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor strikes, cyber-attacks, internet outages, and other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as possible, but refunds will not be issued solely due to force majeure delays.
